PRODUCT WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT 

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR INDOOR AMS PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM DYNOBRITE DISPLAYS IN THE U.S.:  DynoBrite Displays warrants that A) the display product will perform substantially in accordance with the written materials provided for a period of two years from the date of purchase, and B) any support services required by DynoBrite Displays to maintain the product in accordance with its original written materials will be performed within 48 hours of notification and C) DynoBrite Displays will give the original customer the following trade-in credits when the purchased product is returned to DynoBrite Displays for product(s) of equal or greater value anytime after the original purchase date; within the first 12 months 50% of the original purchase price, within 12-24 months 30%, after 24 months 10% of the original purchase price.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES: DynoBrite Displays and its suppliers’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at DynoBrite Displays’ option, either a) return of the product for a full refund of the purchase price or b) repair or replacement of the product that does not meet DynoBrite Displays’ Limited Warranty and which is returned to DynoBrite Displays.  This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Display Product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misuse.  Any replacement Display Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. 

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT:  DynoBrite Displays will offer full support services to maintain the product in accordance with its original written materials for a period of twenty-four months from the date of purchase - at no additional charge to the customer.  Twenty-four months after the purchase date DynoBrite Displays will provide any support services required within 48 hours at whichever option you select.  (Selections Below)

a) at our then prevailing hourly maintenance rates plus expenses. 

b) at 10% annually of the original purchase price, paid in advance annually, beginning the 25th month and every twelve months thereafter.
